As a Jewish woman born and raised in the heart of the Baptist Bible Belt of West Texas, I recently discovered that Judaism is so much more than latkes and dreidels (though those are pretty great too!).

October 7, 2023 was a day that changed me forever! A day that inspired me to finally begin learning about my Jewish faith—To begin exploring the ancient, fascinating, and vibrant world of Judaism and the Jewish homeland of Israel.
